KYC Verification: Prior to processing your first withdrawal, and at any other time deemed necessary by 7ecuci's compliance team, you may be required to submit identity verification documents. These typically include a copy of your Malaysian IC (front and back) or passport, proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement), and potentially proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written authorisation from 7ecuci.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 7ecuci, its directors, officers, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.
In no event shall 7ecuci's total liability to any Player in connection with these Terms or the Platform exceed the total funds held in that Player's verified account balance at the time the claim arises.
7ecuci does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party outages, and technical faults may affect service availability. 7ecuci will make reasonable efforts to restore service promptly and communicate disruptions to Players.
7ecuci reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we reasonably believe that any of the following has occurred:
Players may also voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting our 24/7 support team. Upon account closure, any real-money balance will be processed for withdrawal after applicable checks are completed. Bonus funds are forfeited upon account closure.
7ecuci reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations as a Player — we will notify registered Players via the email address associated with their account and/or through a prominent notice on the Platform homepage.
Amendments take effect on the date specified in the notification. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
